What to Wear

Valet, self and street parking are all available at, or near, the Mission Inn . The nearest airport to the hotel is Ontario International (ONT, 15 miles), but depending on your pre- or post-wedding plans, you may also consider Los Angeles International (LAX, 70 miles), Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR, 70 miles) and John Wayne Airport (SNA, 45 miles).

The Mission Inn is available to accommodate

and spoil you! There are, however, multiple other options

within walking or short driving distance from the Mission

Inn, including, the Riverside Marriott, Hyatt Place,

Hampton Inn, and Homestay Suites.

Our dream is a black and white wedding!

We ask that you please only wear black suits and black

gowns. For men, this includes full black suits or tuxedos

with a white button up, black bow ties/ties, and for women, we kindly request floor length black evening gowns.

We will be serving a selection of chicken, steak and vegetarian options. If these options do not fit your dietary needs, however, please do not hesitate to let us know immediately through the form available on the RSVP page.

Additional guests cannot be accommodated after October 1st. As this is

an adults-only event, we respectfully ask that you please leave the little ones at home. We will have an unplugged ceremony. As such, we ask that you

please silence and put away your cells phones during the ceremony.

We will provide all photos and videos of the ceremony and reception

through the respective professional websites of our photographers and videographers.

OUR RECOMMENDATIONS FOR YOUR STAY

Three perfect days in riverside, california

Day 1

Arrive in historic Riverside, California, the land of citrus and sunshine! Start your day with a hearty breakfast and mouthwatering baked goods at the Backstreet Cafe.
Wander through the beautiful Riverside Botanic Gardens, an oasis of calm and beauty. The 40-acre curated to inspire living plant museum features exotic plants and sweeping mountain views.
Head to the Riverside Art Museum to view various contemporary and classic art pieces.
Enjoy dinner at Mario’s Place.
End the night with a stroll along the Main Street Pedestrian Mall with bustling shops and cafes.

Day 2

Begin preparing for our wedding festivities by approximately 11 a.m., to ensure you and your party are fully prepared for the traditional Armenian pre-wedding festivities.
At 1 p.m., join the groom in his suite for photos, appetizers, toasts and dancing.
At 2 p.m., join the groom and his party and dance over to the bridal suite carrying decorated trays containing the bride’s shoes, purse, jewelry, accessories, and the wedding chocolates and cognac. Join the two families in toasting the couple with the cognac and chocolates brought by the groom’s family. Watch as the bride and groom see each other for the first time on their wedding day. Watch them share a dance and join in.
Arrive at the chapel at 3:30 p.m.
Ceremony at 4:00 p.m.
Cocktail hour 5:00 p.m.
Reception 6 p.m.-10 p.m.
Grand exit at 10:10 p.m.

Day 3

Enjoy a sumptuous breakfast at the Mission Inn, a National Historic Landmark. Join an early morning tour led by trained docents on the art, artifacts, architecture, and history of the Mission Inn, stopping by the gift shop afterwards.
Visit the Sycamore Canyon Wilderness Park, and enjoy the stunning scenery and diverse wildlife.
Head to Fairmount Park and enjoy a picnic by Lake Evans, walk the stunning trails, or rent a paddle boat and go for a ride.
Take a scenic drive to Mount Rubidoux, for breathtaking views of the city and the surrounding landscape.
Enjoy a hearty dinner at the Salty Pig and finish with a nightcap at the ProAbition Kitchen & Whiskey Lounge.
